* We are not able to do rush orders at this time (anything less than 7 days out), for local pick up please email us at cottontaleKC@gmail.com and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

*Once your order is confirmed, your invoice must be paid before your flufs can fly.
*Holidays, natural disaster and rural areas may delay shipping. Orders will ship on the Monday before your requested delivery date (or the next business day in the event of a holiday). Some exceptions may apply.
*A tracking number will be emailed to you soon as the order has been sent.
Due to demand, our small team, and the nature of cotton candy, we are unable to offer refunds on issues outside of our control. However, mistakes happen! If you believe we have made an error, please contact us so we can resolve the problem at no expense to you. Even if you don’t need the product immediately, open the package when it arrives to make certain your order is correct.
Quantity: check through your order to verify you are purchasing the correct quantity of each item.
Heat: Some shrinkage is expected when shipping, but especially during warmer seasons.
Shipping address: verify you entered the correct shipping address before you submit your order. We suggest you ship to an address where someone can receive the delivery immediately (we are not responsible for sweets left in the heat, ..or rain).

As previously mentioned –products can be affected in transit due to extremes in temperature or moisture (rain/snow/humidity).
